Apps and screen freezes up to where you have to hold down the power button and restart TV very often. Also kicks you out of what you were watching. I've always owned Samsung TVs but this one is the worst. Only 3 months old but been doing it for over 2 months. Samsung support says it's definitely a bad tv and it's obviously somewhat common. Sam's club on the other hand said bring it back and swap it for another one which is good other than having to sign back in on all my apps.

Cost effective and performance piece, this fits the budget and expectation. There are more expensive models and I may ascend to obtain one in the future, but for now, this is the center of my living room and I could not be happier with its production.

I've had this TV for 3 weeks and I really like it. The remote control is (FINALLY) easy to use and not overloaded with mystery buttons. Smart Apps are easy to navigate. Picture comes on extremely fast when I turn on the TV. I'm happy with this purchase.

Samsung did not let me down, everything about this unit was beyond my expectation image, sound, quality, etc. More so when utilizing it for Xbox gaming. So much so, that friends that have visited my home comment about it and the value at which I purchased it. I have owned nothing but Samsung televisions for the last five years and will continue to do so until they give me a reason not to.

Settings are easily accessible. I like to cast my phone or tablet to the t.v. and watch family videos or display photos.

Samsung makes it easy to connect Wi-Fi within seconds. The remote can control everything that is connected to the TV. Another great feature is Samsung plus TV which is completely free and has over 200 channels.
