[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung TV, because it shows a wonderful picture. The connectivity is very easy and it connects to my other devices easily. I also found it to be very affordable for the latest model.

THE PICTURE IS AWSOME BUT THE SOUND QUALITY IS NOT. I WILL HAVE TO BUY A SOUND BAR SO I CAN HEAR IT. THERE IS ONLY 3 HDMI PORTS. HAVING MORE WOULD BE HELPFUL. THERE IS NO PLACE TO CONNECT MY SONY HEADPHONES TO SO THATS WHY I HAVE TO BUY A SOUND BAR THAT WILL CONNECT THROUGH WIFI. SAMSUNG SHOULD ALSO INFORM YOU AS TO WHAT SOUND BAR IS BEST FOR EACH MODLE TV.

This is my first “smart. TV” The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.

I also like that you can find all the features right on the remote, or even better, from the mobile app that you're able to download on your phone.

I have surround but don't always need it. Tv sound is very good. Would recommend Samsung for any tv purchase great products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Samsung. We have 7 TV's, washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances that are all Samsung. We use our TV's mostly for streaming. We also have a room used for gaming. I Love that I can link them all to my Samsung phone and also mirror from my phone to the TV or from the TV to the frig. That come in handy when cooking in the kitchen and checking to see what the kids are watching upstairs. The apps are easy to set up and navigate. Samsung TV is a great addition when wanting to binge watch various shows or movies. Oh and the sound is great! We never go above 40 to 50 volume unless we want to feel like we are at the movies. You will most definitely hear it on the other side of your house or even on another floor.

The Tizen built-in computer provides a great deal of features that make this tv our favorite in a house with 4 other tv's. The picture clarity is also amazing and one that has us fully engaged in everything we watch. We have already recommended this to our friends and family, who were also blown away when they saw the quality.
