I bought a 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV CU7000(UN65CU7000FXZC) about a month ago. If I wanted to buy something at this quality and specs, I would end up paying well above CAD 1000, while I paid some 65% of closest competitors prices like LG, Sony. Tons of options, and FREE TV is loaded on Tizen, and you won't be able to find anything close to this everywhere. Picture Quality is just superb, setup. I think 65" is the minimum size you need to appreciate the picture quality and immense details, which you would lose if buying 50-55. Gaming is OKAY; honestly, a bit above OKAY, but not superior. Although, big screen compensates for this. I love this TV very much. SO SATISFIED.

As a family of gamers and movie watchers, we love the picture quality, and smart TV features for our streaming services. The only negative side to the TV, is the large Source menu screen, and the constant "press down arrow for blah" that shows up EVERY TIME we turn it on, like we don't know how the TV functions after having it over 1 year. 10/10 do buy.

Apps and screen freezes up to where you have to hold down the power button and restart TV very often. Also kicks you out of what you were watching. I've always owned Samsung TVs but this one is the worst. Only 3 months old but been doing it for over 2 months. Samsung support says it's definitely a bad tv and it's obviously somewhat common. Sam's club on the other hand said bring it back and swap it for another one which is good other than having to sign back in on all my apps.

The picture is always clear, color is always great and I have figured out how to use many of the functions of this tv. I use it for watching my soap operas on demand, movies that are available on Samsung and other outlets, baseball games and just watching tv in general. I have a Samsung tv in my house in CA and my condo in HI. It was a very easy choice to make when I was replacing it.

Multiple HDMI ports. Handles Gaming fantastically. Slim design, with easy to set up stand. Samsung brand, so you know its quality. Easy to use remote control with Netflix and other media dedicated buttons. Highly recommend. Love it.

It was not intuitive to push the volume and channel buttons for changing from the side rather than the top. The rep kept using the word toggle instead of push which did not make sense on a remote. Vocabulary is still an issue between generations and different first languages. Please add the word PUSH to instructions.

The one downside I have is when connecting my samsung phone for dex there is a lag in bluetooth controlls when connected wirelessly.
