i like samsung tv's but this particular one keeps loosing connection with the apps on the tv, it will show error messages then the app stops playing, unplugging the tv helps but it will start all over again. my latest software is updated, it's not my wi-fi fiber optic, i had to plug in my roku stick and use that with no problem.

It's very slim and lightweight – I hung our 55” without any help from anyone, if that gives you an idea. This is probably one of the better TV's I've gotten as far as quality of picture, watching sports, etc. It's hard to find a TV that you can watch hockey on or soccer without the low refresh htz level and see some "lagging" of fast objects. There is no lag on this tv. Refresh rate is great and you can follow the puck, or soccer ball, etc. I just wish they would add the Spectrum app on there. That to me is a must!!

This TV was bought to replace my 70 inch; which I loved and used religiously for everyday news or those all important Saturday Alabama Football Games. My children got a few drones for Christmas and we had already decided that it was a bad idea to allow them flying in the house. As usual ch Children don't listen. Anyway, one thing led to another. The drone flew through the living room and was slapped away by my youngest child right into the edge of the LCD TV screen. The screen immediately went fuzzy and got vertical lines jumping Across it. We kind of crossed our fingers hoping It would get better. We waited for a couple weeks that maybe we wouldn't have to replace it but no such luck. I fell for the picture quality of my new Samsung in the store. So far I have no complaints. Setup and operation have Been super straightforward and simple I haven't run into a snag really yet. it was a wonderful investment that I would make again.

This is my first “smart. TV” The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.
