Right out of the box, anything plugged into HDMI had low sound volume. But streaming apps was perfectly loud and clear. Within a few days, while streaming Netflix, the sound went on and off a few times before making a sizzling/popping sound and then one of the speakers blew.

Let me tell you about the sounds settings it is phenomenal. I haven't even installed my sound bar and/or the subwoofer. There is nothing negative to say about this TV. Settings and Quality are all there. If I could I'd install one in all my rooms. I recently just told my buddy about my Samsung TV and he had to check it out. A week later he purchased two Samsung Televisions a 65 inch for the bedroom and a 80 inch for the living area. The best part we enjoy about our TV is the smart things app we can set up to it to make it easier not only to control the TV but it has other great features. For example I can use the remote straight from my phone. I can screen cast directly from my Samsung A13 cellular device it definitely makes working on my school projects a lot easier. I'm always on the look for any new Samsung products and I can say I'm satisfied with my past and future purchases.

I looked for a 55 inch television for a long time. Finally had to choose between a Samsung and an LG. Decided on the Samsung because of the speakers. I made the right choice. I use sound bars on my other televisions. I have a Bose sound bar on my 75 inch television. The speakers on this television sound about as good as that sound bar. Very pleased with my purchase

But other than that I love it. Very clear picture. Also don't like how you have to have game systems under the source.

We bond around gaming, watching Youtube videos and streaming shows on Max, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, and Tubi. On Saturday mornings, we play Apple Music while we clean the house. We also watch Samsung TV and stream our cable service to watch live broadcasts like the games. My favorite features about the t.v are, it's sound, the ability to bluetooth to our surround system, the picture and the home screen. The colors are vivid, the contrasts sharp, and that 4K is great! I have all of my most used apps on the home screen, which makes the interface easy to navigate to my favorites. The best thing, to me, is the Alexa compatibility. It helps me conserve energy and control the t.v with voice commands. I use it in an Alexa skill for every morning. It turns on so I have the news playing with the time on the t.v so I can know if I'm on time. When i leave, it turns off. We also use this feature while on vacation to create the illusion that we are home. There is a lot of feature built into this television. Those feature really make this a Smart T.V. I even feel smarter for buying it.

was an easy setup. it automatically searched for tv stations. likr ehen you plug in your iphone it gors tighg to it without you trying to find it. only probkem was standing up legs as they were wider than earlier stand we used for our visio. but we got it gixed ok.

I love all of the apps I can download as well so I don't need a dongle. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone who's looking for a great TV for a great price.
