We just finished a new build and decked out the house with X2 43'', 55'', X2 65'', 75'' Great TV's for everyday use. Works great with the "Smart Things" app. When our daughter falls asleep with the tv on, we don't need to try and go find a remote to turn it off, just simply turn off from the app, without having to go into the room at all.

FRAGILE!!!!! The picture quality is great. But, if you put your hands on it to move it or adjust it, you'll likely crack the screen or mess the picture up. I had one, it(the screen) cracked moving from one room to another. I ordered another one from Sam's. The picture had a 3" thick black line running through it from top to bottom. Sent it back, got another. Unboxed it and the power light came on, but the screen stayed black, no picture

I purchased this TV for several reasons. #1 Samsung. We have all Samsungs in our home and have been very pleased with the brand. #2 Price. For the brand and the size of the TV, the price was unbeatable. #3 Free delivery. Delivery was quicker than quoted.

Opened the TV with lots of anticipation and excitement from the family. We finally got that BIG tv we have wanted for a few thanksgiving now. After clearing out the previous LG TV we set it up on its stands/legs and powered it up and it showed up as a dark dark screen. After two hours of researching and YouTube guidance and trying out all the soft reset cycles and the power down and multi button presses and so on and on, it remained consistent in its dark dark appearance. Black screen was still the new show on this TV. So we called Samsung support and after three tries we're finally put into a call back queue with a 20 min wait cycle. And like behold after 40 mins we got the call from Samsung support. After 30 mins with Samsung support we concluded it's time to get this brand new TV serviced or return it to SamsClub. After three days we are waiting for FedEx to pick it up for the return. The saga continues. Worst tv purchase experience.

The stars are only for the TV. It is a Samsung and it's working great. However I will NEVER recommend anyone buying any similar purchase from Sam's. You failed to deliver twice and the third time you left this TV, in it's own box OUTSIDE MY DOOR when there was nobody home!! OUTRAGEOUS!

Recently purchased this tv to replace an older Samsung. I was not disappointed. The quality and resolution is more than what I needed for it being in my family room. Love how the apps work with no running issues or lag. The processor is very good to keep up with fast motion. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an upgrade but not pay the full price.

Light weight, easy to set up. WiFi connectivity and included apps eliminates additional devices. Samsung plus has quite a few offerings for tv/movies. Only thing was connected optical speakers could not be controlled by tv remote. Otherwise a great tv for the price.

Samsung is the go-to brand for TVs in my home. We have have several, and they all work impeccably. The oldest has been going strong for 13 years. The most recent purchase, the subject of this review, is working well as we expected it would. Great picture. Good sound compared to other brands we've owned. Highly recommended.

Built-in sound equalizer displays as "unavailable" also...remote is unable to "page up or down" with bell satellite. Had to get a bigger stand as there is no center post, only 2 plastic forks at each end that are not adjustable. Otherwise...good value

Picked one of these tv's up for my Dad (his first smart tv) & we were so impressed with his, that we went back and got one for ourselves! Especially since it was on sale for such a great price! The picture is unlike any tv we've ever had! We love it!
