The stars are only for the TV. It is a Samsung and it's working great. However I will NEVER recommend anyone buying any similar purchase from Sam's. You failed to deliver twice and the third time you left this TV, in it's own box OUTSIDE MY DOOR when there was nobody home!! OUTRAGEOUS!

FRAGILE!!!!! The picture quality is great. But, if you put your hands on it to move it or adjust it, you'll likely crack the screen or mess the picture up. I had one, it(the screen) cracked moving from one room to another. I ordered another one from Sam's. The picture had a 3" thick black line running through it from top to bottom. Sent it back, got another. Unboxed it and the power light came on, but the screen stayed black, no picture

Decent picture. Of the 65" units in store's display, this one had best side angle viewing, e.g., the color didn't wash out as badly when viewed from right or left of center. Took a while to get the DirecTV remote to accept one of the numerous Samsung codes supplied. Wish legs were 1" or 2" taller for sound bar to fit under TV. Also wish the legs were a bit sturdier and a had a little wider footprint as the supplied legs makes the TV seem too easy to tumble if accidently bumped.

Built-in sound equalizer displays as "unavailable" also...remote is unable to "page up or down" with bell satellite. Had to get a bigger stand as there is no center post, only 2 plastic forks at each end that are not adjustable. Otherwise...good value

Picked one of these tv's up for my Dad (his first smart tv) & we were so impressed with his, that we went back and got one for ourselves! Especially since it was on sale for such a great price! The picture is unlike any tv we've ever had! We love it!

I've always had Samsung tvs, as well as kitchen appliances, and have always been very pleased. This TV was a bigger, smarter upgrade from my last one, which I'd had for 10 years and sold to a friend who is also very happy with it. The new TV was a great Boxing Day price so it was a wi -win.

Easy to set up. The factory set colour is good enough. Doesn't need further adjustment. The only 'complaint ' is not easy to make it 'stand up' by oneslf since it is big and heavy and in the mean time have to be careful not to touch the screen. It would be nice if it has handles. Just my two pennies :)

Samsung is the go-to brand for TVs in my home. We have have several, and they all work impeccably. The oldest has been going strong for 13 years. The most recent purchase, the subject of this review, is working well as we expected it would. Great picture. Good sound compared to other brands we've owned. Highly recommended.

Great TV, excellent resolution but the sound could use improvement. In some movies the audio is muffled, not crisp (which we never had an audio problem with our 2017 Samsung 65"). Also, the sound equalizer (EQ) is greyed out in this unit due to the fact it's a lower end SAM 65". Hence, we are unable to boost up the treble which would help solve the problem. Which in turn forces us into buying a sound bar which enhances the sound considerably.
