This television is the worst ever purchased and doesn't work properly. Constant faulting out and nowhere to go just a waste of money.

Great little tv for our travel trailer. Image and colour are sharp. Installed in the kid's bunkhouse.

Less than a month old and already requires a service as there is a horizontal black line across the tv.

Terrible Experience, the television arrived and there is a black line going down the screen. I immediately sent in a negative review and did not get a response. We had to call and finally got someone to help us. It took less than a day for me to complain, but over 48 hours to get someone to respond. As of today, i still have a defective television, that i paid for. They were suppose to come today to pick it up at 1pm, no one showed up, so i am still watching a defective tv and receiving incompetent service.

Terrible Customer Service

So far so good. Have only had tv for a couple of weeks. We are not tech people so need simplicity for setting up. My grandson did most of it. We are still figuring out a few functions. We are purchasing a soundbar as it appears we need this for some channels. The TV often asks us to sign in to a Samsung account. We have been able to bypass this but I will probably set up an account soon. The picture quality is very good for us. I know there are higher grades for picture quality, buy we are very satisfied with our picture quality. We still have cable TV along with many streaming apps. Sometimes we have to manage to get back into Spectrum cable. All in all we are very pleased with this purchase and at such a great price. Was delivered in tact and on time as was given.
