TV looks great on our wall, love the picture and all the menu options. Only complaint is the layout on the homescreen. Maybe it's because we are just so used to Roku, but having the apps all along the bottom of the screen seems like a waste of the rest of the screen. I'd like to be able to customize that.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I must say I’m liking it. The only problem would be the lag/reaction time when pressing a button. For some reason there is a lag when pressing on the button for settings. It takes almost 10 seconds for the TV to react or process the information. There are times when I forget it lags and I just go a bit fast on pressing a button and it freezes. Taking a bit of time to work again. The sound is amazing but when it’s too loud at max volume it sounds a bit cracked and isn’t very good to listen to. The remote has too many buttons, but that’s fine with me. The manual I received for the remote isn’t the correct manual for the remote I received in the box. The packaging was perfect the TVs built is great. The money I spent for the TV was sort of worth it aside from the lag which really bothers me.

This is more of a me problem I guess. I didn't realize that Direct TV Streaming is unavailable on this platform before I purchased. Purchased an Amazon Firestick so we could use Direct TV Streaming and running everything through the Firestick and having no problems so far.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our living room TV and decided on this LG set. We have been impressed so far with the value. The picture quality is quite good and the smart-TV functionality is top notch. We have noticed the occasional stutter or hesitation when operating the TV and navigating through menus. These are more observations as opposed to actual problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this television for my Den, the room my family spends the most time in. I absolutely love the quality of the picture and sound system. I like it so much until I've purchased three of them, two for my home and one for my daughter's home. Watching my LG Televisions is like being at the movies. We began having movie nights once a week when first purchased, now every night is movie night. I enjoy our new purchase much more than our previous television. I love the LG stations and that makes it an extra bonus to me. The only thing I do not like is the remote because when in bed attempting to change stations, it doesn't light up, if there is a 'cut-off' timer I have not been able to locate it and there appears to be to many function button selections.

I bought this tv as a major upgrade to my previous one, and I certainly have not been disappointed. The clarity of the picture is great! It is also very user friendly with the preloaded apps for streaming. I definitely will buy another LG product when the time comes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be more pleased. We just wanted to replace out older LG TV so went went and originally bought a Samsung. That was a big mistake. We couldn’t set the picture like we wanted and other features just wasn’t user friendly so we boxed it back up after three days and took it back and bought the LG. We had it set up in ten minutes from box to popcorn. The TV has had updates since we purchased it and it was automatically done sometime during the night. We wouldn’t have known it was done if there was a comment box when we turned it on. This is a nice feature that the other one didn’t have. In fact we couldn’t get the other one to manually update. We are totally satisfied with all our LG items and will continue to buy LG in the future. We won’t be making two trip to get what we want in the future. We learned our lesson.

This TV has an easy to maneuver remote to switch between HDMI, Live TV, LG channels, and other streaming services. The sound is distinct and the color is clear. This TV is a pleasure to use. We have enjoyed binge-watching our favorite shows and movies. We would purchase this TV again. LG has produced a user-friendly TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the TV for our rec room so we can watch movies on a larger screen. The sound quality is good as is the picture quality. Everything works as expected and also works with my bluetooth devices which I love.

Bought in April 2023 and has been serviced 3 times...still not working (long-term, after initial reset from repairs). It buffers all the time and constantly has difficulty connecting to wi-fi. They've replaced the wi-fi board 3 times, including cables twice and main board twice. NO OTHER products in our house have any trouble connecting and staying connected to our wi-fi. Picture color is good, but if you can only see a swirling circle all the time, while it's burping on the wi-fi, what good is a good picture.
