Bad Connection

This TV disconnects from wifi constantly and doesn't always stream when you want it too.

Hi Ashley! We want to help you get back to enjoying your favorite shows. To fix this, we suggest you check your router's Wi-Fi signal by moving closer to your TV to improve the signal. You can also try restarting your TV, updating your TV's firmware, and resetting the network settings through the TV's settings. Additionally, check for any interference between the router and the TV.
