The sound is amazing I no longer have to worry about raising or lowering the volume to hear everything it keeps a constant volume no matter what channel it is on !!!

Believe it or not, in this day and time, my wife and I were replacing a "box" TV bought from a mail order 20 years ag. As we walked into the electronics are of a large popular store, we were faced with may TV choice in our size range all tuned to the same channel hanging on the wall. We were drawn to the LG, having memory of previous recommendation from somewhere in the past. A sales person was walking in the area and we stopped her and asked if she had good feedback on the LG make of TV. She immediately responded, "Not only that but I chose to buy that exact model for my home and I love it" That was sufficient for us to purch the LG model, install it and were amazed at the crisp clarity and sound quality compared to our TV experience in other areas of our home.

I've had LG cell phones for years before they quit manufacturing those, and decided I'd give LG a chance for the TV purchase. I am so glad I did. The picture quality and clarity is absolutely mind-blowing. I sincerely appreciate the "clear voice" feature that tones down the background music and sound effects so you can actually hear dialogue. The set-up was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend this product, as well as ALL LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday for the basement movie/game room. I am very pleased with the purchase. The picture is awesome. Definitely need a sound bar to go with this TV, but other than that, this was a great purchase.

Also I hate the way that the darn sports page keeps jumping up, I would like to delete it but I have no books are operating manuals, nothing came with it. I'll never buy another LG . The remote sucks. The TV has Alexa but you can't use it with the remote because it has no speaker.

This TV is very nice. I recommend it especially for the price. Currently has many configurable options. I gave it three stars because of problem after power outage and vulnerabilities found by my security app on my wifi router. CONS: The security app that came with my router found vulnerabilities. See attached photo. If you're looking for specifc channels, it has limited channels versus roku BUT it did have all the channels I currently have subscriptions with. The power went out and I had to log back into all my subscription channels. It did remember my LG account. Would have liked it to walk me through more of the configurable options. e.g. setting to auto update OS and channels. p.s. I didn't get product for free nor discounted price for this review but still would like to be entered in the sweepstake.

Picture is great for movies and gaming, and the sound is far better than my previous lg so they seemed to upgrade the sound. Only complaint would be the cheap remote but that hasn’t taken away from experience

Bought my 70 inch little over a month ago. Picture is beautiful, but the remote control is hot garbage. This is my 1st LG tv, so I don't know if it's normal, but it's a nightmare navigating with the included remote. I bought a replacement that is a little better, but I'm less than 8 feet away and have to press each button multiple times for it to register. I thought my soundbar was blocking the signal, so I moved it out of the way, but that didn't help. I don't know if their "magic" remotes work any better, but I'm not spending that kind of money on a TV remote. It might be a one off situation, or there might be an issue with the IR reciever on my TV, but I won't be going with LG again.

I bought this tv and have had it for a few weeks. The picture is great and for the most part the sound is as well. There are a few shows that seem to have low sound that don't sound as good on this tv. But overall I am very happy with the functionality, picture and sound.

Bought in April 2023 and has been serviced 3 times...still not working (long-term, after initial reset from repairs). It buffers all the time and constantly has difficulty connecting to wi-fi. They've replaced the wi-fi board 3 times, including cables twice and main board twice. NO OTHER products in our house have any trouble connecting and staying connected to our wi-fi. Picture color is good, but if you can only see a swirling circle all the time, while it's burping on the wi-fi, what good is a good picture.
