Very poor overall

Display, resolution, refresh rate, and connectivity plus processor. To be quite honest, the entire TV just fell apart after 1 week of ownership. So much so, I had to return the TV

My Samsung Tv

Pet toy barely hit screen develope a crack white lines then a week later lines increase til picture wasn't hardly there But b4 then picture / sound quality were fine .

Samsung tvs are no good!

The tv never stay connected to the WiFi. Everything else always works but the Samsung tvs. I brought a 65 in April it stop working in August picture want show up. I'm done with Samsung tvs

Connect and picture

Amy68sam, We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. Easy set up, great picture

Good when it works right

Not happy at all. Nothing but problems. I can be watching a show and the screen just turns into one color that is the whole screen no show nothing just color. Would not recommend

Great TV

We have this TV in our bedroom and we love it better than our living room TV by a different brand. The resolution is great, I have no issues figuring out the remote.

Good overall tv

Good tv overall love that it has Bluetooth my only issue is there is no AUX port or composite ports. Other then that love the tv the sound is really good picture quality is awesome.

REMOTE SUCKS

For the price I would say it's very good, picture is great, only thing is the remote sucks !!!! Guess they were trying be like Mercedes with the one nob, different streaming services don't work the same and after 6 months it still sucks!!!
