Connect and picture

Amy68sam, We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. My Samsung Tv

Pet toy barely hit screen develope a crack white lines then a week later lines increase til picture wasn't hardly there But b4 then picture / sound quality were fine .

Accessing features was weird and couldn't use many

Streaming directv app

Great TV for the bedroom would have give 5 stars but couldn't stream directv app on both my Samsung tv's but when traveling it worked ok, Samsung needs to check on this issue

fixing mistake on email entered

The remote and keyboard options are very poor.. We made a mistake typing in our email for an account and there is no way to fix it. We've googled, gone through the manual, and just can't get it corrected. Very frustrating..

Love it

I enjoy the sharp picture quality and the smooth flow of movement between the scene changes and characters. My only issue (small though) is dark scenes that are difficult to see, which attest to the fact of the rich dark colors displayed.
