OK

The display is very nice but I live alone and can still not figure out how to use the remote etc without a hassle! I could use a Samsung User's Guide for Dummies!

A great TV.

Samsung

I found it extremely difficult to download. I used the QR CODE. WITXH THE SAMSUNG REMOTE . I TRIED TO UNPAIR IT WITH THE SAMSUNG REMOTE TO DOWNLOAD ON FIRESTICK. HAVING TROUBLE. NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SOUND EITHER

This Samsung is our lifeline to home entertainment

Good when it works right

Not happy at all. Nothing but problems. I can be watching a show and the screen just turns into one color that is the whole screen no show nothing just color. Would not recommend

Connect and picture

Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 1st year with new tv
