You have deleted the option to fill out forms instead of using step-by-step. You have made it impossible to make changes to input in various areas

State tax is not that friendly, especially when the rules are different from Federal. E.g. Filing status.

It was ok as far as user friendly but there were a few things I didn't understand, out of frustration I just guessed at those questions.

Excellent service by both reps once connected , but difficult to find ho who and how to get connected with, no support number easily available.

Getting a little more difficult each yhear. Could not pay by credit card to E-file state. Got in a loop of Payment did not go through. ????????????

I couldnt reach anyone when I was trying to figure out why it wasnt letting me enter my property taxes.

Not flexible to allow for foreign interest reporting from foreign banks which do not have ein numbers!!!!!

Went OK, as in earlier year--except couldn't file on Sunday because Intuit had an "internet transmission problem." File w/ no problem today.
