Support are a joke. Everytime I try to submmit something that required payment the system responds "we've hit a snag".

Excellent platform for anyone to use. I return year after year to file my taxes. Thanks for being so easy and simple to navigate.

Buggy software that incorrectly handles situations. Improperly handles multiple things like QSBS from K1 and pass though carry forwards.

I like Turbo Tax. Sometime it is difficult, but that because we need to knw what we are doing and also, Turbo Tax guides s through tax regulations and options that we were not aware of.

Not very good when trying to submit special forms. I needed to explain that my 4th quarter income included a onetime Roth conversion transfer which increased my taxes for the year and potentially penalized me for incorrect estimated taxes.

Horrible experience thus far! I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years or more and this has been the worst ever...I have paid way too much for every key stroke not knowing what it would cost until you milked me dry.

I have been a Turbotax user for a long time. It is perhaps time to look elsewhere. Your product has truly gone downhill! Terrible experience. Confusing meaningless instructions.

Coverage of foreign tax issues for an American living in another country gets better each year. All else is excellent as always/ I have a high level of confidence in this product.

The interface is totally buggy and counterinuitive. You need to go to Federal tax to enter state tax amounts, for example. There's no excuse for the poorness of the product!

In general, TurboTax is a good product. The only problems we had were it didn't acknowledge our payment with our request for an extension and it didn't apply the $10 discount for the state return.
