Using Turbo Tax for many years now. Has always worked well for me. Simple to follow and have never had any issues to date.

it is great software, but this year this software is not user friendly, and it has glitches for duplicating data and i had to call for help.

The state return is supposed to be free to file!!! It made me pay the $25 fee and this isn't the first year this has happened!!!

I was disappointed that I could not use the direct download feature for my 1099 div and int's like in the past .

The process was a little tricky with getting use to the new format but it fell into place after a few entries.

The number of different reviews was problematic. When you are done you are not! Even after I paid I had new missing items when trying to transmit.
