Why does the 1040ES print out "DO NOT FILE" I need that to be removed so I can mail my ES payments. This is terrible!!!

Couldn't get the import to work for 1099s

Turbo Tax was unable to import my 1099s from Morgan Stanley eTrade. I verified my credentials were correct but it would not work.
