I worked in corporate finance for 40 years and I have been using Turbo Tax, without issue, since the mid 1990's. I highly recommend the product.

It was easier to use last year's TurboTax. More user friendly. Had problem importing data from brokerage firm.

This tool continues to make it relatively simple to file and accurate return for both federal and state

Not as easy to use this year. Not accurate at pulling in some information and directions not as easy to follow.

TurboTax is relatively easy to use as it guides you step by step through the process of doing your taxes. I have used it for many years.

Not sure why the import between E-Trade and Turbo-Tax did not work, despite all login information being correct. All other imports worked correctly.

Program made mistakes making entries in error. I had to go back and delete the topic and start over to correct program mistakes.

I found it too difficult to use the expert, and that particular person didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Talked with at least 5 different agents and each one was outstanding patient and knowledgeable! Most unusual was their pleasant and friendly voices.

I was disappointed that I could not use the direct download feature for my 1099 div and int's like in the past .
