Great Experience and Kinda Easy. I've been using Tax Programs for over 40 years and Turbo Tax has made it so "Anyone" can file their own taxes.

It was just about as easy to use this year as it has been for the past 10 or more years that I have used the program.

Some of the sections were a little hard to decipher. especially the 1099R section. We have used Turbo Tax for many years and intend to continue.

Program is easy to use. helpful directions. great at including information from previous year return.

This is horrible software. the workflow is pathetic. My favorite, the program quit unexpectedly when it asked for me to write the review.......

The CPA Jennifer was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. She solved a problem I had for years wit Depreciation. She was the best.

I have used TurboTax for years. I find it to be accurate, user friendly, has all the features I need and offers great support when needed

THE SECTION OF THE PROGRAM TP ALLOW PAYMENT FOR FEES FOR STATES ETC, DOES NOT WORK IT MADE ME DEDUCT THE FEES FROM MY REFUND. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED

the tax filing for state was a total rip off. After already buying the state for $40, charging another $25 to efile ? Seriously ?? very disappointed.

Fix the problem with the Desktop software not accepting users' addresses on the Billing Address for credit card payment to EFile state return.
