I have used TurboTax for years. I find it to be accurate, user friendly, has all the features I need and offers great support when needed

The changes from last year were NOT improvements. It would be nice to have past files recognized with having to re-enter so much.

The quality of turbotax is not as good as prior years. Things are harder to enter and the help screens for entering retirement accounts are blank.

The only problem I have with TurboTax is the delays at the beginning of the year. This year it was exceptionally longer.
