WHY am I being charged for e-filing ONE state return. The turbo tax was to income ONE free state e-filing.

I had a little trouble with foreign tax credit ... got in a loop when return was reviewed before filing.

It kept looping back to the start. After I left the screen on for days it was fine. The guides are great

I've used TurboTax since I've been doing my own taxes and love the freedom to walk through my own information and understand what I'm filing.

I've used TurboTax for years and find it easy to use. Having past years' data available for comparison is handy.

Been using TurboTax for 25 Years. The product works for me as it is reliable , easy to use , thorough and accurate.

I've used TurboTax Premier (desktop) for many years and find it helps me though all the steps to file my Federal and State taxes fairly easily.

Easy to use and like that it downloads the information from the previous year making it easier, and faster to do the current year.

All features especially the Learn More tabs are a great asset to instructions. Importing Options make the filing so much easier than do ot yourself.

Each year, under the guise of "simpler" it gets clunkier. Importing is not very inclusive. Pension information is difficult to update.
