Not as easy to use this year. Not accurate at pulling in some information and directions not as easy to follow.

It was much easier than last year, so I appreciate any changes you made to make it a much smoother filing process

Turbo Tax used to be alot more user friendly. I had to "force" numbers to make it to the next step

Been a TurboTax user for 10+ years. Issues loading the software. More issues with the software this year than ever before.

Generally worked well, but did have some issues generating 1099 forms, as they had to be entered by hand.

Have used Turbo Tax since the first year it was available. I stick with things that work for me. Turbo Tax definitely fits in this category.

The format has changed and was not clear. This is the first year I was frustrated by the instructions.

I use TurboTax for more than 15 years. I it was intuitive and easy to use. using TurboTax saved me a lot of time.

very confusing to use. difficult to find RMD credit to charities. overall this version was much more difficult than in the past
