Not as easy to use this year. Not accurate at pulling in some information and directions not as easy to follow.

I get premium and I still have to pay again to e-file - just put that in the price at the beginning.

Have used for years and like how it walks you through everything and later allows you to go back to any area for checking or changes.

NOT so happy with the way TT handles IRA's. It is confusing and i believe that at some point it double tax's the withdrawal.

Turbo Tax handled all of the issues on my tax return. I have yet to handle the tips issue for self employed.

If your Federal Return includes a penalty, TurboTax gives you no warning so that you can address the issue before filing.

Quality of TurboTax (and Quicken) software goes down every year. Seriously buggy software and filed with ads trying to sell me something!!!!

Easy to use step by step income tax return tool. Been using it for years. I've never had a problem with it.

When loaded up, TT didn't give me the option to load in last year's file. I had to start with zero data.
