This is the only tax software you need. Have been using for 20+ years and love it! This is a fantastic product!

does not allow me to e-file state return. keeps saying my credit card cannot go through. however the issue is definitely with turbotax desktop

It is too difficult to get back to where you left off after investigating an issue by looking at forms, etc.

Difficult to enter capital gains and losses on schedule D on Federal Return. Need better instructions.

I tried to get help with an apparent software problem via chatbox, telephone. the response was totally unsatisfactory nx the problem is not resolved.

Was frustrated having to buy a new machine that supports Windows 11. I refuse to use the Web based application.

I like the use of TurboTax went smoothly and quickly. I had to get a new computer to interface due to Microsoft update being needed to use.

i use TurboTax for 25years, it's easy to pick up, and get history. The analysis gives some big picture of income and deductible amount.
