Interface with Intuit account login is very frustrating, particularly the endless extra step to identify objects (e.g. buses, crosswalks, etc.)!

State tax return did not automatically update from standard to itemized deductions even though itemizing on federal return. Had to manually update

disappointed how hard doing the k-1 forms were…..also what happened to the ability to manually just change a number in a form

Worst year using Turbo Tax after 10 consecutive years of purchasing Turbo Tax. Will try a competitor's product for 2026 !

COULD NOT GO TO INPUTS I WANTED TO INSERT DIRECT. SUCH AS PENSIONS, FUTURES LOSSES, RENTAL INCOME, ETC.

I have used it for years. If you sell stocks and have a lot of dividends it really saves time and effort.

TurboTax provides an extremely user-friendly interface with the ability to review and revise any section at any time.

This version has caused more anxiety the the past 10 years. Glitches have been an issue. Live tech support was good.

Long time user, took a bit to get used to the new look but seems to still work great. I'd like to see RMD process easier to find and do.

State filing should be free. It should help everyone, the filer, the state, but maybe not TurboTax revenues,
