Intuit TurboTax Premier 2024 Email Delivery, Fed + E-file & State with $10 in-product credit

More difficult to use this year.  Also, the state of Oregon has corrected my return the last couple of years.

Turbo Tax is more difficult to use than before

It's easy to walk thru Turbox Tax and for me to understand reasonable  even few items difficult to understand

It is helpful But I still need to google a lot to understand many terminologies to determine the correct answers.

A very useful help

My prior year tax return info was somehow lost or written over by TurboTax software "changes".  I was not happy!

Tried to efile -- keep getting an error that I need to update when no updates are available -- very unhappy

TurboTax makes it bearable

FILING WENT VERY EASY. HAD TO BUY TURBO TAX BECAUE H&R BLOCK TAX SOFTWARE WAS NOT ABLE TO IMPORT BROKERAGE TAX DOCUMETS.

TRUBO TAX IS EXCELLENT

i have been using TT for years. did not populate my online info and had to input everything manually. not a good service.

Aggressive marketing all throughout the process, and then hounding me about the online version on top drops your score from 5 to 2.  Stop it.

it is absolutely dismal when it comes to foreign tax credits and the instructions on how to do them. AI is coming to kill your business

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and been satisfied with the service.  This year was an entirely frustratingly different experience.  My return was rejected because Turbo Tax said there was local id information needed but there were no local taxes or id.   I was bombarded with solicitations to pay for help throughout the process of entering information.  I had the distinct impression that Turbo Tax was creating hurdles that would require me to pay for help.  Today I received an IRS notice that my Social Security benefits were not taxed correctly.  When researching the problem I noticed that this was a common complaint and was passed off as user error.   I think the users were set up for error.  This had never been a problem in the past.  I'm thinking it's time to find new tax prep software.

Not happy with Turbo Tax this year

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I hope to continue using it if the price is not going to hiking up too much. The tax return filling is super time-consuming. This year I'm one month behind my schedule. Perhaps Turbo tax will have AI agents to help speed up the process for the users.
