FRUSTRATED!

For the first time in 30 years my tax returns completed through Turbo Tax were rejected (multiple times) with no explanation.

Turbo Tax makes filing your taxes easier.

I have found Turbo Tax very easy to use. It walks you through every item with help in areas you don't understand.

The only tax filing program I need

Have been using Turbo Tax for 18 years. Have found answers to any questions on line. Will not ever do taxes any other way ever again.

The only way to go

Really good this year for handling RMDs and hobby income. I still want the download instead of the internet option which turbotax gives

Problem in doing some Turbo Tax updates

Had problems getting some Turbo tax updates because I did not know that I had to reboot my computer in the middle of doing the update

Could use alittle work

Where to find information is not always understandable. When an error there isn't alot of information to understand what is wrong.

Turbo Tax makes it easy

One complaint: Was unable to download from Merrill Lynch after form became available for download as Merrill did not come up as an option.
