I've been using Turbotax for about 12 years, but would probably explore other options, if it weren't for the ability to transfer prior years' info to current year.

Had to respond to numerous questions concerning if any digital assets were involved. Seems like this could have been handled automatically by Turbo Tax.

i find the ever changing fonts an font sizes to be really annoying. Please ensure that the next release has a consistent look and feel across all the input screens. I found some place the font was huge, in other it was really, really small -

I am unable to finish filing because there is a box in the final review asking me for form 2210 withholding per period. No matter what number I put in box it will not accept.

1) Instructions did not match the screens that came up when dealing with our backdoor rollovers to our Roth IRAs. 2) Schedule 1-A, Part III, Line 18 should show 25,000 according to the form. It has a negative number in it.

The Turbo Tax part is straight forward, getting the paper work from the income sources, medical bills, investments and all that stuff is the complicated part. Once you get all that, it's just fill in the blanks.

Very bad experience. I have a 1099-DIV with Payer's FEIN as 00-0000000. It did not allow me to use that number. This is coming from the payer so nothing we can do. Turbo tax should allow this as this is what has gone to IRS too.

K-1 entry could have been better. Entries for Foreign Tax Credit were not intuitive (no pun intended). Took a bit of trial and error to understand what the software was looking for.

The UX for entering oinvestment income is still very very poorly done and needs improvement. I get two sets of 1099 composite forms (DIV, INT, etc.) and when I'm presented with items to review, I can't tell which account it's for!
