I have used it for years without problems. I do find keeping track of passwords difficult and spend extra time locating and implementing the security procedures each year.

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and generally have been satisfied with the service. TT does not make it straightforward to file a paper return. I am very disappointed with TurboTax for making that effort so complicated.

It is easy to navigate through the return. I don't have to go through the whole thing and anticipate what kinds of questions I need to ask. I can concentrate on just what I need to enter into my return.

I was unable to use the online version because the righthand margin would not allow me to scroll down to the next button. I could not see the down arrow or slide function using Microsoft Edge. Not sure if it was user error or a compatibility issue.

There as a glitch that made me enter a value three different times. Also my pin did not go through IND-181-01 - The Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) for the first taxpayer on your return is missing requiring me to refile.

Easy to use. Initial attempts to file rejected because of glitch in software. Fixed by using turbotax desktop instead imof on line. Support good interface good

The software just wants me to buy your audit services which no one needs. Why must you ask me over and over and over again to buy something I DO NOT NEED????

Several issues impacted my rating. One, I have a new computer and was unable to access past returns increasing my data entry work. Two, for some reason the system kept asking about Canada and it was difficult to get around that.

This was not a good year for turbo tax. Some of the forms/schedules were so complex and had no hyperlinks to verify you were entering the correct data. I still don't know if I entered the data into form 1116 - foreign taxes - correctly.

Entering the brokerage information from Schwab was a disaster. It used to be easy and now was very confusing and resulted in a number of zero accounts that I had to delete. The old way was MUCH cleaner.
