The quality of the floss has changed! Completely shreds in between my teeth leaving strings caught around my crown! Real pain to remove the shredded fuzzy string! Please go back to how the floss was before changing the packaging!

New formula is awful. Packing claims that the flossers will not rip apart but that's exactly what happens. I've bought these strictly from Oral B for years but will be stopping.
