We are dedicated to bringing our consumers the most innovative products for their oral care, and we are disappointed to hear that your recent use of our Oral-B Glide Scope Outlast Picks did not offer the same great clean you have come to expect, Richard. As you have noticed, we have updated the floss to a new Microtextured Fiber that we have designed with soft, gentle, nylon and elastic materials that offer triple action cleaning, softness, comfort, and durability that is tear resistant. Based on consumer feedback shortly after the introduction of the product, we became aware that some consumers were experiencing breaking. This is not the way they expect the product to perform, and our Technical Team is working to address this. We are sure this goes without saying, but since the floss is getting stuck between your teeth, we would recommend discontinuing the use of the product. However, we would like to recommend giving our Oral-B Essential Floss or our Oral-B Satin Floss a try, as they are both made with their original formula.
