We are always striving to provide our consumers with the most innovative technology for their oral care, and we are disappointed to hear that you are not enjoying the new Cleantech Fiber in our Oral-B Glide Scope Outlast Picks, Linnea. We have designed this new fiber to offer an enhanced cleaning by removing more food debris and plaque while being gentle along the gum line. All of our products go through extensive testing to ensure their durability, and for the floss to be ripping is not the performance that we would expect. While most of our flosses have transitioned to our new Microtextured Fiber Floss, we would like to suggest giving our Oral-B Satin Floss a try, as it is still made with its original formula. Since you have experienced the floss getting stuck between your teeth, we would recommend discontinuing the use of the floss, and we will get this information to our Safety and Quality Teams.
