He has used it for over a month now and still uses it daily. He absolutely loves it. He loves how easy it is to hold, and doesn't make his hand go numb while using it. The cut is amazing, and it doesn't pull. An the razor was an awesome bonus, and is now his favorite razor. Clean crisp shave.

It trims wonderfully and consistently every time. The blades and other inserts cover every type of grooming situation. Very comfortable to hold and use against the skin. The dial used for trim length operates smoothly and has a wide range of settings from stubble to full beard. I wasn't aware of the Braun Beard and Trimmer clipper but definitely love it and highly recommend it

I'm pretty disappointed with the trimmer. There are two main reasons for this. This first and most important is that is just doesn't trim well. My Panasonic that I was going to replace would trim my beard and moustache in 1-2 passes. The Series 9 Braun took so many that I actually gave up and went back to the Panasonic on the first use. The second is that it uses a new charging port. I got it initially with the expectation of being able to use the same charger and my razor and toothbrush, which would have simplified travel a lot. Braun has unfortunately decided to use a different charging port for this one. The charging port is a small issue compared to the poor performance of the product, though. Very disappointed given how much I like my other Braun products. Also, the 100 day guarantee is nearly worthless. You pay to send it back, they'll think about it for 2 months, then send you a prepaid debit card you'll never be able to use all the funds on. That's the part that stings the most. It's also disappointing it's not made in Germany like my series 9 toothbrush and razor. The trimmer does look nice, for what it's worth.

On top of that it comes with a razor with refills which is excellent. Definitely something I'll would want to sample and test again

The different settings make switching from hair to beard so easy and clean up is a breeze. Would recommend this product to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great product. Completely different brand from what I usually go with and glad I gave this one a shot, I'm tossing my old clippers away. This came with everything needed. 2 combs, detail trimmer and a precision shaver. Also a cleaning brush, the charger, a bag to put it all in AND a bonus Gillette manual hand razor. I've used this 3 times since I got it and each time I tried something a little different. Experimenting and loving it. I also use the trimmer on my kids to line up their cuts. It's perfect. Not a noisy clipper either. I'd purchase again and would recommend highly.

My experience with these machines separate wasn't bad but with the products all in one is the best idea ever. Charges really fast and that charge lasts so long. Perfect for close trims and works great on hair too. Best product out there in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this trimmer! It's fairly quiet and has good battery life. It gets a clean shave and uniform cutting. Great adjustability. The hair cutting guards are a nice addition. The sharp blades cut smoothly and don't pull the hair. He highly recommends it. Quite the upgrade from the older, cheaper model he previously had. Also, the razor it includes is wonderful! Five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Braun trimmers for their battery longevity comparing to other brands where you have to charge them after each use, making this BT7020 model even more outstanding for expanding battery life. It doesn't make it any heavier to previous models and also has nice grip handle. New precision dial feature, I haven't seen before, gave me more freedom to play with different beard styles, you just have to find your perfect setting paired with attachment comb. The only thing I wish smaller comb had been thinner (has more teeth), for more control over rarer hair areas, but again you just need to find your setting. Also came with Gillette Fusion5 razor which I've been already using for a while and pretty happy with, will keep new one in my travel bag!
