Trimmer stopped working within two months. Shut off abruptly despite being fully charged. Recharged to make sure it wasn’t a battery issue and the power button does not work.

Difficult to operate dial to get the length cut consistently.

Has stopped working correctly. Power button has failed. Not usual Braun quality.

It’s been less than a year and it just died suddenly, and won’t charge. Now just junk.

The blades and motor are good, but the blade guard isn't. It doesn't always click into place when you put it back on after cleaning, and when it is slightly out of position it leaves the blades mostly exposed. This results in it cutting very short, nearly to a 0, when the blade guard fails to click into place.

Solid, easy to handle. Great quality!

I've had this trimmer going on 2 years. It's worked well and very versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun BT7020 Beard Trimmer and hair clippers works great. It helps keep my beard trimmed. It's easy to use and lasts long on one charge. It has all sorts of useful attachments and a great bag you can keep everything in. I use it every day.

I've had mine for about a year and although it works fine, the run time is terrible. A full charge might trim my beard twice. the motor seems to be very slow compared to other trimmers I've owned and the detail trimmer (ear/nose) is awkwardly positions and very hard for me to use.

The Braun BT7020 Beard Trimmer & Hair Clipper came with everything I need so I can easily touch it up at home. The 4 attachments that were included lets me choose how much or how little I want to trim. There are also almost 40 settings for different lengths. A disposable Gillette Fushion5 razor was also included as well as a bag to keep everything in. Bag works great when I'm traveling.
