Difficult to operate dial to get the length cut consistently.

I've had this trimmer going on 2 years. It's worked well and very versatile.

Just what i was looking for! Only has 2 adjustable combs to keep track of. Adjusts from 2mm to just under 1"

Received as a gift. Stopped holding a charge in less than a year. Unable to get any replacement as I don't have proof of purchase. Appears other have similar charger issues. Would not buy this product.

The blades and motor are good, but the blade guard isn't. It doesn't always click into place when you put it back on after cleaning, and when it is slightly out of position it leaves the blades mostly exposed. This results in it cutting very short, nearly to a 0, when the blade guard fails to click into place.

Trimmer stopped working within two months. Shut off abruptly despite being fully charged. Recharged to make sure it wasn't a battery issue and the power button does not work.

Has stopped working correctly. Power button has failed. Not usual Braun quality.

It's been less than a year and it just died suddenly, and won't charge. Now just junk.

Solid, easy to handle. Great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun puts together a well equipped, versatile bread trimmer pack with the BT7020. Pros: Mobility Trimmer clips and gauges Storage Does not irritate or pull skin Good for any look that you're going for, clean, stubble, light scruff etc. Cons: More for those who have thin hair Charging time Power, just not enough for those who have thicker hair All in all, it's still a great product, only would like it to run a little longer with out charge, and a little more juice for those who have thicker hair like myself. Definitely would recommend it for individuals with thinner hair, looking to get a great, quick clean look.
