The Extra Durable Magic Eraser should remove scuff marks and dirt with ease, so we’re sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience! We’d like to learn more and see how we can help, so please give us a call at (800) 248-1612.

I'm sorry to hear this. With the many health and safety tests that my Magic Erasers have undergone, this isn't something my team and I would expect. Your well-being is very important to us, so we hope you're feeling better. If you haven't, I'd recommend that you discontinue using these erasers. So we can make sure you're ok, could you please give my team a call at (800) 867-2532?

We're happy to help you tackle grease and grime with strength! We do want to share that our Magic Eraser is designed to compress and break down as it's used, like a pencil eraser. It can leave behind small pieces of residue, just as a pencil eraser does. The longevity of it depends on how many times you use it and how rough the surfaces you use it on are. For the best results, wet the pad with water before you use it and then squeeze out excess water, rather than twisting the pad. For any further questions, comments or concerns, don't hesitate to give us a call at (800) 248-1612.
