Thanks for your feedback and pictures. You can be assured I put my pads through the proverbial wringer to certify their quality and performance when used as directed, so I'm very sorry to learn about your recent experience. Would you mind giving my team a call at (800) 867-2532? We'd like to capture some details off the product you used and help make things right!

We're sorry you feel this way, as we have many quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible results with our Magic Erasers. We'd like to mention that our Magic Erasers are designed to break down as they're being used, just like a pencil eraser. If you'd like further assistance, please give us a call at (800) 248-1612.

While our Magic Erasers are designed to break down with use, Lois, we completely understand your frustration. How long the pads last depends on the roughness of the surface, the more textured a surface, the faster it will begin to break down. We recommend giving our Magic Eraser Foaming Bath Scrubber, as it's specifically designed to fight bathroom build-up . Please don’t hesitate to give us a call at (800) 248-1612 if you have any questions or concerns.
