We bought a very expensive mattress to support our backs and to relieve discomfort we were having. It made some improvement but advice from a physical therapist to place a pillow between our knees did much more good. Now after a little over a year, depressions are developing where we sleep with a ridge in the middle. A service technician came out to evaluate it and made measurements along the ridge so found no problem. You can clearly see the depressions even with a comforter on top. Also, the sides are beginning to roll down. This is not the quality I would expect from a mattress in this price range.

This mattress is outrageous. Prior to purchasing, layed on the other top brands. This mattress, from the time you lay on it feels so luxurious. I know preferences differ, but for me, there's nothing like the experience. It helps to melt away the anxiety, especially with the base Temper Ergo Smart). At this point, there's nothing I don't love about it.

This is my first experience with this brand, but it won't be my last. We absolutely love this mattress! It is very thick and I do plan on buying some deep fitted sheets, but that's not a big deal. Because it's so tall, it is able to offer much support. It's firm, but the pillow top offers just enough softness to be very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his stomach, we both have been sleeping great on it. A good night sleep is so important and comfort makes all the difference. We have owned mattresses from other big brands, but this one is by far our favorite. Even the material of the mattress feels luxurious and is attractive. It's obvious thought and detail went into making it. It was also a very easy and painless delivery. The service sent many updates and the delivery drivers were very kind. I will definitely be recommending this mattress to friends and family looking for a new one.

We have it on a platform bed with slats, so we did not need a foundation and I'm glad because the mattress is very tall in itself. You'll need sheets with deep pockets in order to fit! Even though I got this for free, this review is my own honest opinion! So I am 7 months pregnant and this mattress couldn't of came at a better time! My hips and arms were falling asleep with our other mattress. Since we've switched to this one, it hasn't happened at all!! It so comfy and soft! But not too soft that you just sink into it. It is still supportive with the most soft top and velvety material! It feels so well made, like it would last a lifetime. It is a very thick mattress and the soft topper is so thick and amazing! First bed I've never had to add a topper to! I also can't feel my husband roll over or get up at all! It's seriously amazing! I've never had a mattress this comfortable before!

I had a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 20 years, it was the highest end mattress you could get at the time. We always loved it. We just moved into our new house and I decided to update our mattress and box springs/foundation. The new mattress and foundation were riddled with defects and issues. I have had to replace 3 different box springs/foundations as the foundations had torn coverings on the bottom or they were poorly put together, The mattress has been replaced once as there was a defective bulge on the side. I received a replacement foundation this week and a replacement mattress. And as I continue this nightmare both items received were defective as well. The mattress has a bulge on the left side of the foam encasement (would never pass any inspection by a mattress quality expert). The foundation does not lay flat, it rocks from one side to the other. I keep telling the customer service reps that there is a quality problem they are experiencing as they keep delivering me defective product after defective product. I wish I had my old mattress back.
