Great features

We put our TV at Christmas time and we just love it! What a difference going from a 32 inch TV to a 55 inch! Watching football now is almost like you are at the game!

SET UP A PAIN

Set up is VERY painful and took hours on the phone with two different people. I am sure the TV does more, but need a MANUAL to set up more. Like does it have WIFI so it can talk to a tablet or CD player.

Can't Add Apps

I would have given a 5 stars rating, but Samsung makes it extremely difficult to figure out how to add an app onto the smart tv. At the time of this writing, I still have not figured it out!

Not enough hook ups

When I bought the tv I did not realize that it only has 2 hdmi plugs and no arc plug. It is a pain to get it to sink with the Bluetooth speaker I have. It does have a very good picture.

Problems

I don't know why but I can't get Xfinity wireless to work without my Amazon fire stick attached. Sometimes the tv guide doesn't give me what is on the channel it only gives me the network. When a ad comes on tv the voice gets very low.

Better design needed!

Pros: I love the big screen! Cons: sound quality poor! And I don't like that the remote has no numbers for changing channels. In fact I don't like the overall setup with the remote and the tv 😑

Not happy

Broken TV

I bought my Samsung 50 inch smart tv on Nov 29 of last year. Only 2 months later it is sitting in my living room, not working ! I was told it is the power board & a new one is to be ordered. I am furious! Thanks Samsung

Excellent TV for the money.
