I have been purchasing Samsung TV brands since I purchased my first home back in the early 2000's and have always been please with you products, I enjoy my Samsung TV, the only issue is the remote I hate that volume button it's very hard on the fingers especially if you suffer with hand and finger joint pain. Otherwise all is great with my Samsung TV

Here is my only disappointment with my new Samsung. During the set up while creating a username and password, there was a QR code displayed on the television screen as part of the process. This was a QR code scam that resulted in being redirected to a third party that then charged my credit card nine times over the next 4 months.

Great TV the picture is awesome! There are features I haven't figured out completely yet that's just because I am technically challenged. There are a ton of channels you get with the TV also from movies, true crime, sports, Alfred Hitchcock, classic horror movies, etc...

It's a really good tv, I love the different apps I can watch on it. The picture is great but not the best. I wish I didn't have to keep changing the picture settings but I guess the different shows/movies and such are all different when they record them. Only really bad thing is the remote, the back of the batteries keeps falling off and it doesn't stay secure. And it would be nice to have the rolling remote like with the LG, and it moves around like the Wii on the screen just so there won't be so many buttons betting pressed when searching for things.

We use it on our PS5, Fire stick and straight from the tvs on board software. The streaming speed directly to our TV is blazing fast! Netflix, Hulu, disney+ all steamed with ease! Will definitely purchase another in the near future!

TV is great, good color, easy to hook up. The controller for this TV is a n nightmare to operate, Samsung you need to make a remote control that is a lot easier to operate, it is small and light in a person's hand, but i will take a 1lb remote that would be easy for a 70+ boomer to operate. If I would of known it was to like it is presently, I would of bought a competing brand, one with a simple remote, not one designed by a PHD computer nerd who is completely unqualified and doing the unnecessary to do a simple function. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV works beautifully I really love this TV without any kind of issues, you can adjust the picture to your liking and it isn't hard to figure out. This is a TV that I would definitely purchase again.

Good tv the only issue I had is assembling the legs that was not exactly straight forward with instructions even but figured it out. Would buy more Samsung products just so expensive lol. But great tv all and all love it. Also if anyone is reading this the lets slide into place and click. Love that it gots Bluetooth

I've had this tv for about 6-8 months now and I have to say, it's nice. I'm not a big tv guy so this was great for my family. Ease of controls, connecting to network, and ease of apps is great! The only thing I don't like is that I can't change apps on the Home Screen to put the ones we watch the most up there instead of others. Minor though. I would buy this again. I have 2 other tvs in my house and I prefer this tv over the other two I have. It also has a really great picture as well, now again, I'm not a big tv guy so to me this is great.
