I have own this brand tv for many years and no issues with them and usually outlast homes or apartments lived in. He is into gaming and the clarity and with fiber optic service makes a good tv even better. Nothing to complain about with this brand and I plan for it to last at least ten years as they usually do.

The picture quality is amazing . I appreciate all the apps that came built in. There is always something to watch without using an alternate receiver like dish. Samsung products are the best that's out there. I have a few and like the tv they are top shelf. Highly recommended.

It's great for streaming and movies, and the built-in apps run smoothly. Setup was quick, and the remote is super simple to use. It's not amazing in really dark scenes, and the picture fades a bit from the sides, but overall, great value for the price.

I bought this TV because of its reviews and price. I must say I was pleasantly surprised about how much I liked the TV. Colors were bright and the picture was clear. Truly showing the benefits of 4K. I read the user guide and set up of my TV went smoothly. I have bought Samsung QLED models previously and still wish to buy one when situations arise. This is why I wrote this review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for the bedroom. Picture is great, sounds a lil week but what can u expect from a thin flat screen, thats why we got a sound bar. Controls are intuitive and easy to navigate. Other then sound as expected.. the amount of inputs is lacking. Have to many devices and had to get a hdmi switcher. But hey. I have 4 game consoles and fire stick and blurry player... I get it its alot. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

It was installed by a professional in January, and here it is in June and there's already a line in the pixels from the top to the bottom of the screen! There is no damage that i can find or see. It was working perfectly until a few days ago. Then in February my fiancé passed away and i can not find the receipt. I can not do ANYTHING about this!! I am so extremely disappointed, frustrated and hurt. I can't watch TV without a big line right in my view, it's terrible!! I have everything Samsung in my house, but I guess that's going to change!!
