This product has great features and crystal clear

Excellent picture quality

The picture quality is outstanding, but the sound quality is greatly diminished when going thru the cable box. That may be the fault of the box, but know that you may need a sound bar for best volume

Good sound and video quality

Forever a Samsung Man!

I bought a NEW Samsung 50 inch TV a few weeks ago. In my 76 years on planet Earth, I've NEVER bought a NEW TV. FOR REAL! I've been a Samsung fan for many, many years and I have NO REASON to shop for any other brands. I'm AMAZED! BUY SAMSUNG!

Nice picture, frustrating remote

This was a gift. Overall, pleased with it. The remote control is a disappointment. Will have to purchase an universal remote with a user friendly design; surprised that a better remote was not included.

Great TV, bad remote

I bought this a few months ago. The view is fine, but the remote is terrible- can't get it to do voice recognition. The instructions on how to use the remote offered no solution..

However, the TV does work with Alexa and other voice assistants. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
