We are very happy with this tv. Good picture. Easy set up with cable, internet, Netflix & Hulu. As usual, the Samsung remote is very disappointing. Why Samsung makes you go through hundreds of channels with an up/down arrow instead of there being number keys on the remote to simply enter channel number(s) really puzzles me? That is the only reason I took a star away, but I do think it's a big deal.

The picture is so clear that it feels like I'm watching my favorite shows and movies in real life. The sound is amazing. I also love how my Xbox turns in when I turn on my TV. I absolutely love that I can connect my headphones to my TV so that I can watch my paranormal videos without disturbing my loved ones. I can even connect my phone and love that that I can access the internet right from my TV, it's like a huge computer screen. One more feature I love is the sleep screen when the TV has been inactive for a certain amount of time.

Not only because the picture and sound quality are impeccable but also because of the ease of use from the functionality of the menu to the media input ease. From streaming via apps in the tv to gaming and streaming from external sources via hdmi this tv has been a joy to use and a breeze to set up.

I have been replacing older TV of my family members since July 2024. Just replaced my grandsons 55in Samsung with a 75in Samsung. So far counting his 75in that makes 5 new Samsung TVs in all. Funny thing is all but one of the TVs I replaced were older still working well Samsung TVs. So far, I've bought two 75in, two 55in and one 65in. Everyone loves their new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung DU6900 Crystal UHD TV sets an exemplary standard for streaming movies and gaming, and has never ceased to impress me. As for streaming, the 4K resolution is exceptional, giving movies like the latest action-packed blockbuster or classical films a breathtaking view regard. Every single piece of content is full of colors, textures and virtually sharp detail, not forgetting the rich, lifelike colors due to Crystal UHD technology.

Beautiful resolution. While I got the 50" for the Living zRoom, I decided to put it in another room and get a Samsung 65" for the Living Room due to distance from seating to the wall mount and based on my eyesight. The 50" is great on the picture and distance but descriptions on headings, cast, etc. are too small for my eyesight.

I was a big fan of Samsung until I purchased this tv a few months ago. I didn't check the box, thinking Samsung made regular remotes. Boy was I wrong. The remote included with this tv has very few buttons and is very difficult to operate. Whoever thought of making a remote like this should have their head examined. Had I checked the box, this tv would have been returned. I am very disappointed with Samsung and I am now stuck with a non-operative remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not use to a 65-inch big flat screen, got confused in setting it up, too many apps too, our adult son set it up for us, and a young friend programed our VCR and DVD to it, and took that annoying womans voice off, after one week we finally got to watch it , although were still confused on what app to use in playing a movie or a VCR tape. I'm not comfortable in saying I like it yet because we miss our Projection TV we had for over 19 years and never had any problems with it. The only thing I could say that both the projection TV and our new flat screen have in common is they both put us to sleep.
