Sound and remote

I don't like the very small remote , sound is not not as loud as my old tv. I ordered a sound bar hope that helps.

Samsung Remote Poor Quality:

Bought this TV almost 3 weeks ago. It's a good TV. Easy to navigate. My issue is with the 'Cheap' Remote which has no Voice Control like other TVs.

Can't see any great features of the TV.

After 2 1/2 months the many problems with losing settings, volume control is unacceptable, having to constantly adjust the poor quality of the TV.
