TV is working great but having issues with the remote, sometimes the channel and or volume controls do not work.

We like everything about the TV except the remote we would've given it a five star if had not had been for the remote

The best TV I've ever owned. It's a smart TV so obviously it does a lot of stuff. It's the perfect size for my space. I would recommend this TV.
