I bought this system less then 2 weeks ago did the setup via bluetooth and it works great however with the business that I run my security guard would need to view live feeds via monitor however 4 days into owning the system it just goes and decides that it's not going to give us the feed via monitor, I checked all cables and connections and everything is fine from the outside so the problem is internal on the Night Owl DVR however the store won't allow me to return it and Night Owl says there is no way it's there system that it must be my Monitor well the Monitor is new bought the same day and is compatable the sales men helped me get just to make sure I wouldn't have a problem, well in order to maintain my security I've boxed and shelved the NIght Owl system and reconnected my old system until I can find something better, sad all the reviews are great i just got lucky with the one that can't help me. looking for a new system one where i can get the help i need from the support unable to get any help with night owl and the support techs are very rude. most definitely will not be trying to contact them again

Great quality cameras. Easy install. I only wish they would include a couple longer wires (100ft)

The cams run at a smooth fps and cams capture everything in real time. Only bad thing is it doesnt record audio

Easy to install and update only issue is getting in touch with someone still waiting for a call back since need to add 2 more cameras.

I purchased this nightowl 16 channel dvr for a customer's small business store and it has all the bells and whistles with very easy set up.

Get very improved unit and cameras. We like the blue tooth technology. The recorded pictures are easy to view and save if needed.

I can't log into nightowl protect app I tried Bluetooth with no luck the app won't accept my email phone number or passcode
