Do not purchase Night Owl

Do not buy. Purchased a night owl system a few years ago, they quit supporting it, and told me I had to buy a new system. Terrible support

We continue to upgrade our systems with newest available tech. As systems move to end of life there are limits to what support we can offer on legacy systems. Bad product and software

You can't download your video if it did not recognize it as an event. The server is also always offline. I'm sorry I purchased it

hard drive is junk

13 months worked good, but now out of warranty and hard drive is dead! wat too expensive for 12 months that it worked

Secure

The multiple deterrents from lights, sound and alarms are sure to keep sketchy activity away. I appreciate how there aren’t any hidden costs unlike my doorbell system where you have to pay to keep videos and activity recorded.

Great system!

This has proven to be a great system. It is easy to operate and has a very clear resolution. We liked it so much, we purchased one for my elderly father. I now rest easy knowing we can keep an eye on our home and also on our loved ones when we aren’t around.

Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Night Owl Security 2 Way Audio 12 Channel DVR Security System, I was excited to get it installed and begin using it. The security system took my husband about 2 1/2 hours to install. The instructions were easy to follow and were very clear on how to install the system. We began using the security system as soon as it was installed. It footage was very clear and we had a good view of all of our property. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a security system that is easy to install and use.
