Easy to set up and operate. We experimented with different types of crust: fresh from a store that specializes in take and bake pies (note: 12.5" was too big & we burnt the edges, lol); 8" premade off the grocery shelf (If you must.); 10" frozen keto cauliflower (Just, no.); and lastly, and bestly, the 10" scratch-made sourdough crust with regular thickness which held the toppings well (Fire). It was chewy, soft, and some crispness to it.

So far so good 🍕 Heats up to 900 degrees in 15-20 minutes and cooks a great pizza in 2 minutes. Once you have mastered your dough, with semolina on the bottom it slides in and out of the oven perfectly!

Great pizza oven! but don't put your pizza too far in or the sides will get a little burnt. With a little practice, you can make excellent pizzas and flatbreads.

Good but not great. I have a friend who has the Ooni gas pizza oven and the time to heat up is similar. My concerns with this are while inget a great char on top and the edges, the center never seems to get even towards crispy. I will keep working with it as it could be user error.

!st thing to learn about this Pizza Oven is it gets very very hot. 550 or 600 degrees is about the right temp and keep turning the Pizza every 15 sec. After we burned a couple of pies, we now love this oven.

A nice little pizza oven. I have only cooked one pie but was pleased with how the oven performed. I am not used to an aluminum peel and had a failed launch despite using coarse semolina. I was able to move the pie to a piece of parchment which I trimmed to the size of the pie. I got it in the oven but the turning process pushed the parchment out and it flamed up and dropped ash on the pie. My plan now is to use a piece of parchment clipped to the peel to launch and then purchase a turning peel. I like the portability of the oven and it heats up quick, so I am not deterred in my quest to make great pizza quickly!

Doesn't get above 500. However that is too high. Must play with the temp a bit to get the sweet spot. Wish it had a push button ignition but all you have is a match holder to extend inside to light the gas. Kind of low tech. Other than that, looks nice, does cook nicely once the temp is right and cover is nice.
