This hot sauce isn't just spicy, it is also incredibly tasty. It is so incredibly tasty that I got a bit addicted. It started with one bottle, then I bought another, soon I was buying a bottle a month, then a week, and now I buy it by the gallon. Is this my own personal defect? Maybe. But does this also speak to how insanely tasty this hot sauce is? Undoubtedly! Definitely try this, buy this, and slather this on everything. Just don't say I didn't warn you that your pantry might become a shrine to yellowbird.

This is hot sauce is the Best! First you’re hit with a sweet and tangy flavor that is to die for and then it hits hard with the hot habanero pepper that is the best pepper for flavor ever. I put this stuff on everything and the kicker is that it’s extremely healthy. Number one ingredient is organic carrots and I can’t taste the carrots at all. Yellowbird is a staple in our home, I like mixing the habanero with the blue agave sriracha. Everything we’ve tried tastes great and we are always on the lookout for new sauces from Yellowbird to try!

I am absolutely addicted to this stuff and have not found a recovery group to help break my addiction... Great taste! I can taste the garlic, slight sweetness from the tangerine, about perfect heat (although a bit hotter would be great too). I put this s*#t on everything!

I usually only write reviews for things I hate as a PSA so no one endures what I have endured, but this hot sauce is the greatest of all time and deserves a shout out. The carrot mellows it out a little and gives great dipping consistency but you'd never know it was there if you don't read the ingredients. Many other sauces are too vinegary/watery, but this recipe is perfectly balanced to give that outstanding habanero flavor and a more full-bodied sauce. The heat is perfect too, it will make you sweat... but wont hurt ya too bad (unless your into that).

It has a good amount of heat—but a ton of flavor too that comes from the sweet carrots and acidic onions. I especially love it on rice, salmon, and Mexican food.
