This was my first introduction to Yellow Bird hot sauces and was the reason I came back to it. It has a good Scotch-bonnet note w/ the expected heat but also a nice, pleasant sweetness. At no point do either flavors feel out of balance. There are better sauces offered by this company but this is definitely the one to start with.

I ordered this as part of a 2-pack. It is so much more flavorful the most habanero hot sauces I've tried. The sweetness from the carrots and the citrus flavor from the tangerine and lime juices means that even people that aren't even huge fans of spicy, spicy food can enjoy it. A+, would recommend to all.

Yellowbird is a staple in our home, I like mixing the habanero with the blue agave sriracha. Everything we’ve tried tastes great and we are always on the lookout for new sauces from Yellowbird to try!

Delicious condiment flavor = slightly more complex than straight habanero hot sauce but edible on so many things. Heat is definitely on the high end but with great flavor so if you can’t tolerate much heat a dab is perfect. If you love spice, pour it on.

I was very excited when I found this sauce last year it has been a staple in my pantry for a while. Simple ingredients plenty of heat for tacos and savory foods. I purchased another bottle about a week ago and found it to be very very sugary. I'm really big on ingredients and specifically purchased the sauce because it didn't have sugar in it and the heat was softened by tangerine. I am always bummed when there is added sugar in American food products. We don't need the extra sugar in our diets. Won't be able to purchase this anymore.

I am absolutely addicted to this stuff and have not found a recovery group to help break my addiction... Great taste! I can taste the garlic, slight sweetness from the tangerine, about perfect heat (although a bit hotter would be great too). I put this s*#t on everything!

We bought these for our wedding on April 22. We love this hot sauce as did many of our wedding guests. 2 small bottles were placed on each of 6 tables to compliment the delicious wedding meal. Thanks for a great addition to our wedding celebrationDavid Gropper and Stacy Bonacci

About 3 years ago we moved from Austin back to our home state of Oregon. There's a number of things that we miss about Texas after living there for 25 years, and on top of that list was your amazing hot sauces! We are so happy that we can still get Yellowbird online and have it delivered right to our door here in Tillamook Oregon!! Now all of our friends and family love Yellowbird too! Thanks for making such amazing sauces. WE LOVE YELLOWBIRD!!

It won't be long before we go through your sauce. When we go out to eat I bring your sauce with me cause the sauces most places got suck to be honest and doesn't pack any heat in it. I'm definitely a fan and I tell others about your sauce.

amazing sauce - perfect flavor and heat to go with ANY food items. i bought a 2-19.6oz pack after i tried all flavors from variety pack. one complaint i have is the bottle cap design, who designed this and who said this is a good idea? when shaking the bottle, it leaks. it keeps the end dirty and unsanitary.. the mini variety pack had the twister cap which was perfect. The twister cap had problems with jalapeno sauce because of some chunks blocked it, but habanero never did. please redesign or select different bottle cap.
