About 3 years ago we moved from Austin back to our home state of Oregon. There's a number of things that we miss about Texas after living there for 25 years, and on top of that list was your amazing hot sauces! We are so happy that we can still get Yellowbird online and have it delivered right to our door here in Tillamook Oregon!! Now all of our friends and family love Yellowbird too! Thanks for making such amazing sauces. WE LOVE YELLOWBIRD!!

I first had this hot sauce in the Austin airport with a vegan wrap. The wrap was lacking flavor, but this stuff brought it to life. This stuff has a great flavor and a nice, but not unbearable kick to it. I carry one of these bottles in my car to kick up meals when they end up a bit lacking.

Great for first timers. Yellowbird is hard to explain because there are no yellowbirds being used. Even as the sauce is yellow. I am from Texas and have never seen yellow habaneros . I have had hot sauce with anchovies but never carrots. Hide the bottle and say this is the spiciest sauce that comes from Texas. So good we eat it for breakfast!

Been a fan of Yellowbird since I heard it talked about on Billions. I plan my meals around being able to put yellowbird on it so basically I eat quesadillas and egg sandwiches everyday :) which I’m totally okay with. I also have my husband now hooked on it too so more Yellowbird please!

Once I saw the ingredient list, I knew I had to place an order right when I got home. I am a hot sauce fanatic, and I can easily say this is my new favorite. Excellent flavor and heat level, and very versatile. I even put some in a Bloody Mary the other day and it provided a much needed kick! 5 stars all the way!

Just got this stuff as a gift from a buddy after he spent some time in TX and I have to say, this is my new favorite sauce. We have it on hand for nearly every meal and I can say it complements bocadogs, bocaburgers, fake-chicken patties, tacos, burritos and even mixed into balsamic salad dressing. We find it to be just the right amount of heat; lots more than some common sauces like Chiluba or Pete’s, but not too crazy like some of the face-melters, like Dave’s Ultimate Insanity. Great work Yellowbird!

Love This Stuff!!!! After leaving Texas( Austin Area) , I really felt there was a void here in Northwest Arkansas( Bentonville/Fayetteville Area) for hot sauce.. This Amazing Gem is at my local market an makes me very happy to see and taste something so great come from back home-- Keep up the Great Work!!

We took this on a 6 day hiking trip in the mountains, and it was hands down everyone's must have item on the next trip. Packs amazing flavor in a small package and goes well with everything we tried it on from fresh trout to re-hydrated meals. I ordered a big bottle for the house. Thanks for the sauce!
