I had never heard of Yellow Bird, until this last January. I am a disabled veteran and attended a 3 day training session in Corpus Christi, this last January, and while eating talapia filet in a seafood restaurant, i requested hotsauce and they brought me the Yellow Bird Habanero. I loved i, so I ordered it for my store here at our Old Mill Trade Days. I ordered 6 bottles and sold them all. I had ordered 6 each of the jalapeno, habanero, and serrano. sold 1 jalapeno, 2 serrano, and all 6 of the habanero. even had one man came in yesterday evening, as a lady had brought her bottle to a local bar/cafe and put it on her hamburger and shared some with him. he b ought my last bottle! i will be ordering more today!!! wasn't even any left for myself! I love it! And no one but me sells it in this part of Texas.

I usually only write reviews for things I hate as a PSA so no one endures what I have endured, but this hot sauce is the greatest of all time and deserves a shout out. The carrot mellows it out a little and gives great dipping consistency but you'd never know it was there if you don't read the ingredients. Many other sauces are too vinegary/watery, but this recipe is perfectly balanced to give that outstanding habanero flavor and a more full-bodied sauce. The heat is perfect too, it will make you sweat... but wont hurt ya too bad (unless your into that).

We took this on a 6 day hiking trip in the mountains, and it was hands down everyone's must have item on the next trip. Packs amazing flavor in a small package and goes well with everything we tried it on from fresh trout to re-hydrated meals. I ordered a big bottle for the house. Thanks for the sauce!

Love the flavor, love the heat. It has a unique flavor above and beyond most hot sauces. I liked it so much I bought a gallon of your habanero sauce. I downed 3 of the 19oz ones in 3 weeks. I spice up all my foods. My family thinks I need an IV drip.

Love This Stuff!!!! After leaving Texas( Austin Area) , I really felt there was a void here in Northwest Arkansas( Bentonville/Fayetteville Area) for hot sauce.. This Amazing Gem is at my local market an makes me very happy to see and taste something so great come from back home-- Keep up the Great Work!!

Since then I've moved around the country and gave tried not variety and now I have 7 varieties and love them all. Habenero is by far the most popular and has pretty good macros. Highly recommend to everyone

I first had this hot sauce in the Austin airport with a vegan wrap. The wrap was lacking flavor, but this stuff brought it to life. This stuff has a great flavor and a nice, but not unbearable kick to it. I carry one of these bottles in my car to kick up meals when they end up a bit lacking.

This was my first introduction to Yellow Bird hot sauces and was the reason I came back to it. It has a good Scotch-bonnet note w/ the expected heat but also a nice, pleasant sweetness. At no point do either flavors feel out of balance. There are better sauces offered by this company but this is definitely the one to start with.

I ordered this as part of a 2-pack. It is so much more flavorful the most habanero hot sauces I've tried. The sweetness from the carrots and the citrus flavor from the tangerine and lime juices means that even people that aren't even huge fans of spicy, spicy food can enjoy it. A+, would recommend to all.
