My father love spicey food and seasonings. He had the opportunity to try this flavor from my Uncle's recent visit to TX, he fell in love with. I had to buy it for him and he informed me after receiving it, it was going in his Safe, no one could get it but him. I laughed.

This is hot sauce is the Best! First you’re hit with a sweet and tangy flavor that is to die for and then it hits hard with the hot habanero pepper that is the best pepper for flavor ever. I put this stuff on everything and the kicker is that it’s extremely healthy. Number one ingredient is organic carrots and I can’t taste the carrots at all. Love the flavor, love the heat. It has a unique flavor above and beyond most hot sauces. I liked it so much I bought a gallon of your habanero sauce. I downed 3 of the 19oz ones in 3 weeks. I spice up all my foods. My family thinks I need an IV drip.

Not always successful.Love the consistency, thicker than most hot sauces & more complex flavor too. I've always loved the warm citrusy flavor of habanero, and the additional ingredients absolutely compliment it without dulling that perfect heat level.I've pretty much put it on everything I've eaten since I got it. May be a little overwhelming on more delicate foods, but then again I may just be using too much at a time. A little really does go a long way!Plus, it's inspired me to cook more and try new recipes --- always a good thing. Can't recommend this sauce enough. Absolute slam dunk, folks!

I have had most all of their classic sauces and this one is the best sauce for the majority of my meals. I really like the heat of the ghost pepper sauce but sometimes it can be too smoky so I think the flavor profile of this one seems to compliment more things while still providing enough heat for me. It's so good I just kept several on my smaller bottles and ordered the gallon jug to refill them.

Hot dogs, chicken, chili, steak, nachos, soups(any kind...if you want), eggs, pancakes once...that was odd but delicious when mixed with the syrup. I think I'll use it on a tuna melt next. If you want to put some zip into any meal this is the way to go.

Everything Yellowbird has is wonderful. I use it on sandwiches instead of mustard. Squirt some in my pasta sauce, use on eggs- My go to hot sauce!I like that it’s not sweet, the flavors are very balanced- salt, sweet, spicy, vinegar all in the right proportions.
