Just got this stuff as a gift from a buddy after he spent some time in TX and I have to say, this is my new favorite sauce. We have it on hand for nearly every meal and I can say it complements bocadogs, bocaburgers, fake-chicken patties, tacos, burritos and even mixed into balsamic salad dressing. We find it to be just the right amount of heat; lots more than some common sauces like Chiluba or Pete’s, but not too crazy like some of the face-melters, like Dave’s Ultimate Insanity. I am absolutely addicted to this stuff and have not found a recovery group to help break my addiction... Great taste! I can taste the garlic, slight sweetness from the tangerine, about perfect heat (although a bit hotter would be great too). I put this s*#t on everything!

Since then I've moved around the country and gave tried not variety and now I have 7 varieties and love them all. Habenero is by far the most popular and has pretty good macros. Highly recommend to everyone

Delicious condiment flavor = slightly more complex than straight habanero hot sauce but edible on so many things. Heat is definitely on the high end but with great flavor so if you can’t tolerate much heat a dab is perfect. If you love spice, pour it on.

Blindly picked this up in a grocery store and was shocked at how delicious it was! I am completely obsessed and drown absolutely everything it. It’s pretty fruity but has a fantastic flavor and spice level to it. I have since bought three more bottles and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

I rarely do reviews...for free. My thoughts on products are colorful, iconic and game changing. My photos widen eyes and stretch imaginations. This product is worthy of your immediate sampling. It's a broad spectrum enhancement, covering all meals, any time of day. Blend it with your favorite steak sauce or salad dressing. You'll thank me. As a topping on vanilla ice cream? Your taste buds will explode! A well stocked pantry simply must contain several bottles at all times.

If you can stand the heat, I think a Habanero is one of the best flavors on the planet. Yellowbird knocks it out of the park with this sauce. A friend gave me a bottle, and I just had to get the three pack since the one didn't last long, plus now I have one at work... Think I'll have some now...

I had heard a lot about this sauce but didn't try it until I stayed at an Airbnb in Austin that the host had kindly stocked with local snacks & condiments, including this sauce. This is hands-down my favorite sauce now. It's hot enough to get your attention but not so hot as to be alienating (unless you really don't like heat, but then why are you here??). The best part is how versatile it is. I can't really think of anything this sauce would not go on, except maybe ice cream. By the end of my stay in Austin I was eating this stuff by the spoonful. Went and bought a bunch of handy 2.2 oz travel-size bottles from a local sauce shop to take back with me on the plane.
