It's best there is, plain and simple. Versatile enough to go on everything. Hot enough to punch you in the mouth, but so balanced, fresh, and flavorful that you'll want--no, beg for more. I offer it to every guest that comes to visit and wind up sending them bottles after they start raving about it.

Just got this stuff as a gift from a buddy after he spent some time in TX and I have to say, this is my new favorite sauce. We have it on hand for nearly every meal and I can say it complements bocadogs, bocaburgers, fake-chicken patties, tacos, burritos and even mixed into balsamic salad dressing. We find it to be just the right amount of heat; lots more than some common sauces like Chiluba or Pete’s, but not too crazy like some of the face-melters, like Dave’s Ultimate Insanity. When I tell you this sauce is great, don't believe me because it's amazing! When I tell you that I put this stuff on everything, this time believe me. Every. Thing.I'm in denial really about how much I use, I start with putting the gallon size in my cart and then swap it with a smaller multi-pack. It's good like Sunkist, many want to know who done this. It's Yellowbird. Order it.

Great for first timers. Yellowbird is hard to explain because there are no yellowbirds being used. Even as the sauce is yellow. I am from Texas and have never seen yellow habaneros . I have had hot sauce with anchovies but never carrots. Hide the bottle and say this is the spiciest sauce that comes from Texas. So good we eat it for breakfast!

I just moved to the south east. I had tried your yellow bird sauce in the past visiting TX. So when I got to my new home I decided to order it. We really enjoy the heat, but also the flavor. It has a nice tang to it that is very nice, and it only takes a few drops to get that flavor!

If you like habaneros, you should really try this. I'm a fan of the pepper, and given the generally glowing reviews this stuff gets, I had high expectations. I am officially not disappointed. I purchased 3 9.8 oz bottles, which should last me for quite a while, but it's hard for me to imagine that I won't order more when I run out. It's pretty wonderful.

I made sure to have Yellow Bird on hand when my daughter and her husband (who once lived in Austin and introduced us to the sauce) came in for the holidays...I couldn’t help but notice they used it on every single thing and no amount ever made steam and fire come out of their ears and nose...like it did her old parents.

I'm never been much of a spicy food person and I've just recently started delving into hot sauces. My previous "hottest" hot sauce experience was a not to be named brand that was maybe 1,000 shu. The Yellowbird Habanero I received was pretty dang hot, like immediate sweat hot. Maybe more importantly though, it's really flavorful, especially the garlic which really stands out. I've used it mainly on eggs, chicken and rice, burgers, and as a dipping sauce for various foods among other things. I'll go through my three bottles pretty quick I'm guessing and order more soon!

It has a good amount of heat—but a ton of flavor too that comes from the sweet carrots and acidic onions. I especially love it on rice, salmon, and Mexican food. Oh, and that twist nozzle top is next-level; every hot sauce company should take note.
