The classic Habanero is a hot sauce that adds just the right amount of Zip in my life and I use it daily.

It has a good amount of heat—but a ton of flavor too that comes from the sweet carrots and acidic onions. I especially love it on rice, salmon, and Mexican food. Oh, and that twist nozzle top is next-level; every hot sauce company should take note.

Not always successful.Love the consistency, thicker than most hot sauces & more complex flavor too. I've always loved the warm citrusy flavor of habanero, and the additional ingredients absolutely compliment it without dulling that perfect heat level.I've pretty much put it on everything I've eaten since I got it. May be a little overwhelming on more delicate foods, but then again I may just be using too much at a time. A little really does go a long way!Plus, it's inspired me to cook more and try new recipes --- always a good thing. Can't recommend this sauce enough. Absolute slam dunk, folks!

I was introdueced to your condiments a couple of year ago while my son was attending college. I really liked them and bought some while in Austin, TX. But I had run out so googled the company and found you. So very happy as I really enjoy these condiments on a lot of foods. Thanks and service was awesome!

Everything Yellowbird has is wonderful. I use it on sandwiches instead of mustard. Squirt some in my pasta sauce, use on eggs- My go to hot sauce!I like that it’s not sweet, the flavors are very balanced- salt, sweet, spicy, vinegar all in the right proportions.

My father love spicey food and seasonings. He had the opportunity to try this flavor from my Uncle's recent visit to TX, he fell in love with. I had to buy it for him and he informed me after receiving it, it was going in his Safe, no one could get it but him. I laughed.

I had heard a lot about this sauce but didn't try it until I stayed at an Airbnb in Austin that the host had kindly stocked with local snacks & condiments, including this sauce. This is hands-down my favorite sauce now. It's hot enough to get your attention but not so hot as to be alienating (unless you really don't like heat, but then why are you here??). The best part is how versatile it is. I can't really think of anything this sauce would not go on, except maybe ice cream. By the end of my stay in Austin I was eating this stuff by the spoonful. Went and bought a bunch of handy 2.2 oz travel-size bottles from a local sauce shop to take back with me on the plane.
