We took this on a 6 day hiking trip in the mountains, and it was hands down everyone's must have item on the next trip. Packs amazing flavor in a small package and goes well with everything we tried it on from fresh trout to re-hydrated meals. I ordered a big bottle for the house. Thanks for the sauce!

I was introdueced to your condiments a couple of year ago while my son was attending college. I really liked them and bought some while in Austin, TX. This sauce is incredible. It is easily the freshest-tasting hot sauce I have ever eaten. It feels like they took a bunch of ripe veggies and peppers that day, pureed it, and then handed it to me. The flavor is just a hint of sweetness, a bit of tanginess, and a good helping of spice.I also really enjoy the consistency. It's not thin and watery like a lot of vinegar-based sauces, but not so thick that you're struggling to get it out of the bottle. This plastic bottle with nozzle design is the perfect vessel for quickly applying more sauce to your food when you realize you don't see any more orange on it.The spice level is manageable for a seasoned (hah) hot sauce eater, but is present enough that you're not going to forgot about it, and in no way compromises the amazing flavor. I just bought a gallon of it because I'm a crazy person who goes through this sauce entirely too fast and rather than pacing myself like a reasonable adult, I decided buying a gallon was a better option.

I use Yellow Bird on eggs, meat, Brussels sprouts, in salads, bbq sauce and every single day in my Lono Life Keto broth drink. I tried the common sriracha in the little bottle made locally here in SoCal and it’s warm vinegar. UGH. THEN I tried Blue Agave Sriracha and OHMAHGAH that stuff is amazing! Family members and friends ask about it after trying. LOVE YER STUFF YELLA BIRD!!

I never have been a fan of hot sauce but since getting this one I have since bought 4 more! I love putting it on my chicken fries and curly fries! Absolutely delicious thought I think it’s a little more than medium hot lol I’m obsessed with this brand and can’t wait to try more!

Not always successful.Love the consistency, thicker than most hot sauces & more complex flavor too. I've always loved the warm citrusy flavor of habanero, and the additional ingredients absolutely compliment it without dulling that perfect heat level.I've pretty much put it on everything I've eaten since I got it. May be a little overwhelming on more delicate foods, but then again I may just be using too much at a time. A little really does go a long way!Plus, it's inspired me to cook more and try new recipes --- always a good thing. Can't recommend this sauce enough. Absolute slam dunk, folks!

When I tell you this sauce is great, don't believe me because it's amazing! When I tell you that I put this stuff on everything, this time believe me. Every. Thing.I'm in denial really about how much I use, I start with putting the gallon size in my cart and then swap it with a smaller multi-pack. It's good like Sunkist, many want to know who done this. About 3 years ago we moved from Austin back to our home state of Oregon. There's a number of things that we miss about Texas after living there for 25 years, and on top of that list was your amazing hot sauces! We are so happy that we can still get Yellowbird online and have it delivered right to our door here in Tillamook Oregon!! Now all of our friends and family love Yellowbird too! My wife and I are surprised by how much we like this hot sauce. We had never purchased hot sauce before, only using it at restaurants. We especially like this Classic Habarnero on our egg dishes. The key is to start out each dish with a bit LESS than you think you'll need. Too much can quickly overwhelm your mouth. But a little less, a few dots over each square inch or two -- is perfect. Then add more as you like. AMAZING.
