Bought and loved it for the first week. Then kcups leaked grounds and I called ninja. They sent a new one and it leaks grounds as well. Works great on a pot but not on a kcup. Also can’t move pot during brewing like the keurig. I returned it and now buying keurig pot

I love this coffeemaker except it does a BAD job with pods, coffee sprays all over, especially the disposable ones.

I love this machine, it does everything I need it to do, from making delicious rich coffee, specialty coffee and boiling water for my nighttime tea.

Less than a year old and it’s already not working properly. Even when it does finally work it burns the coffee. Totally piece of crap.

The coffee is favorable and hot. We really enjoy the ease in providing a great up of coffee in the morning.
